the Vermont Lands—. . . he informed me yesterday that he would take Twenty Dollars Each

for Elisha Gallaudet’s, Jas.Wilmots,Thomas, Edgar, PeterW. &Thomas Junr. Gallaudets mare,

& 26 2/3 Dollars Each for P.E. Gallaudet & J.R.Wilmots—he will give a quit claim to four

of these but no warrantee & four others he will do the Same on behalf of the Parties . . . .

Certificates were so much I could not get those you wanted under 4/—.”
