Swann's 101 Fine Books sale featured a variety of Early Printing, Judaica, Art, Press, and Illustrated Books, and Works On Cards & The Occult from the Collection of Stuart R. Kaplan.

Among the sale's many highlights were: David Roberts, The Holy Land, London, 1842-49. Issue with hand-colored plates, which brought $180,000 (top).

Seder Haggadot shel Pesah, first Italian illustrated Haggadah, only Hebrew woodblock book, Mantua, 1560, which brought a record $84,000 (second illustration).

The Four Gospels, Golden Cockerel, illustrated by Eric Gill, one of only 12 on vellum, 1931, which brought a record $67,200 (third illustration).

The Haggadah, designed by Arthur Szyk, one of 125 copies on vellum, signed by Szyk and editor Cecil Roth, London, 1939, brought $48,000 (fourth illustration).

Manasseh Ben Israel, The Hope of Israel, first edition in English, London, 1650, which brought $24,000 (bottom).
