This accomplished (if unknown) photographer had an affinity for the ocean as well as pastoral settings, including scenes with cute farm animals. There are also lovely pictures of sailing vessels in Booth Bay, Maine, and charming snaps of amusement parks, such as Coney Island and Asbury Park. In addition, pictures of Niagara Falls, the Erie Canal, circus animals, rural villages, and a variety of shots of the Pan-American Exposition, including thematic pavillions, native performers, the grand midway, and the ferris wheel, demonstrate a strong visual talent.
