Bakke decision, formally “Regents of the University of California v. Bakke,” was the ruling in
which, on June 28, 1978, the U.S. Supreme Court declared affirmative action constitutional
but invalidated the use of racial quotas. This and other measures affecting Affirmative Action
are in the news again.

Rachael Romero. They produced a great deal between 1975 and 1982, somewhat like the
OSPAAL poster collective (Organization in Solidarity with the Peoples of Asia and South
America.)
