Hestonville, PA, circa 1850s [1,500/2,500] Hestonville, PA is now a neighborhood in the western part of Philadelphia. The sitter was likely Rachael Richardson (circa 1781-1873), an unmarried African-American woman who was born in Pennsylvania.
