Signed and titled, in ink, at lower right of first page. 2 pages, folio, written on the recto and verso of a single sheet with 16 printed staves on each side; remnants of prior mounting at upper corners verso. Np, circa 1970 [5,000/7,500] Provenance: New York Metropolitan Opera’s first public auction, December 6, 1975, lot 17, sold to the current owner.
