55x39 1/4 inches, 139 3/4x99 1/2 cm. Montorfano & Valcarenghi, Milan.
Condition B+: repaired tears, creases, abrasions and staining in margins and along vertical and horizontal folds. Mounted on old linen.

Mazza began his artistic career as a caricaturist and book illustrator. By 1900 he had begun to design posters, and he worked with a variety of different clients. He helped advertise sporting events, the Mele department store, and numerous publications.
