- Notes: The unsigned Preface to this issue criticizes both Whittemore and Clough's almanacs for the same years. The N. England Kalendar was only issued for the years 1703 to 1706. The Library of Congress holds the only known complete run of this very scarce early American almanac. Bristol B280; Shipton & Mooney 39429; Drake 2919; Church 822 (a variant, incorrectly ascribed to Samuel Clough).
