  • Notes: New York merchant Isaac Low was a lukewarm patriot who served in the first Continental Congress but opposed the war. He emigrated to England after the war. This broadside was issued in reaction to his announcement that he was leaving the world of politics. Bristol B4128. 3 copies in ESTC, one of them being only a photostat; last known at auction in 1948.
