- Notes: The Apollo 11 crew signed a small group of covers before the flight which were then kept by their families. The covers provided a means of "life insurance" in case the crew failed to return from the first lunar landing mission. Signed: "Neil Armstrong," "Michael Collins," and "Buzz Aldrin."
