- Notes: The special edition set is accompanied by 2 original, hand stamped engraver's proofs of "Jasper Johns, artist, New York City, January 15, 1965" and "Jean Shrimpton, model, Paris, January 27, 1970." Both are housed in folding jackets, with the caption and date printed on the interior. Although the edition size was 250, only about 100 were realized.
