Also includes a list of "Facts on the Afro-American Race," and a "Directory and Citizen's Address" list. Covers all of the larger Eastern cities. The fact that it is submitted as a "Columbian Edition" suggests that other editions were made. However, no listing for this title is found in any of the standard reference sources.
