Neill; Binding A: light blue cloth with the paper label on the front board in full color on a gold metallic background, spine lettered in black, with the silver metallic vignette of the Tin Man and the publisher's full imprint stamped in large and small capital letters at spine foot, yellow and black printed pictorial endpapers (one plate detached; minor marginal closed tear to page 70); housed in a custom green cloth clamshell box; 9 x 6 1/2 in.
