[8], 286, [18] leaves, including final leaf with printer's device. 4to, contemporary stiff wrappers, soiled; top portion of A7 excised and restored with 8 lines of text replaced in meticulous handwritten facsimile, blank upper outer corners gnawed in middle of volume, marginal dampstaining toward end, early owner's notes on last leaf.
