  • Notes: Includes printings of some of Bolivia's earliest laws, with three issues from 1826, Bolivia's second year of independence and the year of the first constitution written by Simon Bolivar. Considered among the earliest examples of printing in Chuquisaca, the first capital of Bolivia (now called Sucre), it includes decrees by Antonio Jose de Sucre and Andres Santa Cruz.
