Oversized-folio format fragment consisting of two signatures of 8 leaves: 16 leaves/32 pages in total; containing all fourteen books of the Book of Daniel from the Biblia Latina, with the Glossa Ordinaria of pseudo-Walafrid Strabo and interlinear glosses of Anselmus Laudunensis; printed with commentary surrounding the text and interlinear glosses; text in a succession of gothic types; hand rubricated with the first large initial to the prologue hand-painted in gilt with blue and red; first initial of text beautifully decorated in pink and green with gilt dots on tracery extensions; all other initials and capital strokes nicely executed in red and blue; the fragment bound in modern boards; large margins; 18 x 13 in.
