- Notes: one of 250 copies printed for William Andrews Clark, Jr. by John Henry Nash as a 1927 Christmas gift. This copy out-of-series. The "first edition" in facsimile here was later discovered to be a Thomas Wise forgery (Carter & Pollard, Enquiry, pp.167-168), unknown at the time by Clark or Nash.
