- Notes: first edition, first issue of byron's first regularly published work when he was just 18 years old. Byron's early poems were originally issued in 1806 as Fugitive Pieces, which was immediately suppressed by Byron; he then reprinted them along with 12 new pieces as Poems of Various Occasions the following year. In this volume, 40 pieces were collected, 12 of them entirely new. Wise I, 7.
