- Notes: This copy apparently remained unbound among the stock of the London book shop operated by Alexander Donaldson with his brother John until their partnership dissolved in 1773. It was then bound with John's 1774 advertisement page, and the "A." for Alexander has been scrupulously erased from the printer's and publisher's imprints.
