A study for Saint Francis Kneeling in a Grotto and Holding a Crucifix, black and red chalks, in Windsor Castle (see Blunt, page 312, inventory number 4180). The drawing in Windsor Castle was copied in an engraving by Theodor Verkruys in the early 18th-century (Nagler 17).
