Fine group of 4 daguerreotypes comprising a sixth-plate post-mortem of a small child, a sixth-plate image of a girl with a concertina, delicately hand-tinted, a daguerreotype brooch portrait of man, and a quarter-plate reproduction of a painted portrait of a young woman with hand tinting; the first and fourth sealed and in leather cases, the first separated at the hinge, the second in a thermoplastic case. 1840s-1850s.
