Group of 14 ambrotypes, comprising 8 good quarter-plates, several hand-tinted (including one of a mason, and a reproduction of six family members), 6 sixth-plates (including one of a nun, one of a man holding a gilt-detailed fishing rod, a cut-out of a scholar, and a double-portrait in the "Grapes" (Krainik, pl. 183) Union case, plus 1 sixth-plate Tintype of a seated boy; all in cases or half-cases. 1850s-60s (POTPOURRI OF EXCELLENT PORTRAITS).
