... in 1832-39. 3 maps, one folding (splitting along one fold with a short tear); over 300 plates, mainly printed in pairs. 2 volumes. Large 8vo, original green cloth, printed spine labels, some wear at spine ends and corners, spine labels browned and chipped; minor light foxing, a few plates with light marginal dampstaining in second volume; cloth folding case. London: Published by the Author, 1841 FIRST EDITION, with tipped-in errata slip. Evidently an early issue, as plates 113/114 are present, whereas Howes is quite explicit about their absence.
