Condition A-: minor skinning in upper text and image; minor repaired tears at edges.
Bacon was a commercial graphic designer who designed posters, magazine covers and book jackets. A number of his works for London Transport use maps as their central graphic conceit, such as this image promoting the opening of new stations along an extension of London's Piccadily Line.
