Charles Conrad's FLOWN Apollo 12 Film. An approximately 1/4 X 3/4 inch film segment mounted to a 4x7 inch sheet with signed certification by a lead NASA supervisory official. The film is part of a 70 mm Hasselblad camera film roll that was carried in Lunar Module "Intrepid" to the lunar surface during November 19-20, 1969.
