  • Notes: one of 225 copies. inscribed by c.h. st. john hornby to clement shorter in 1921, and with book labels of Shorter and Douglas Maxwell Moffat on pastedown. Proctor died during the production of this work which was carried out by Frederic George Kenyon, Emery Walker, Sydney Cockerell and Alfred William Pollard.
