  • Notes: Highlights include Malcolm X addressing a large rally in Harlem, 29 June 1963 * Marchers at Selma''s Edmund Pettus Bridge on the anniversary of King''s assassination, 4 April 1969 * and Tommie Smith and John Carlos giving their famous Black Power salutes at the Mexico Olympics, 17 October 1968. Lowlights include two shots of segregationist restauranteur Lester Maddox, and a Georgia KKK induction from 1965. Many of the images are from various protests in Mississippi.
