(CIVIL RIGHTS.) Three press photos of the Selma marchers and their nemesis Sheriff Jim Clark. Wire photos, each about 8 x 10 inches or a bit smaller, captioned in the negative by United Press International, various agency stamps and captions on verso; minimal wear. Selma, AL, January to March 1965

  • Notes: Includes a January 1965 double portrait of Sheriff Jim Clark, whose brutal suppression of voter registration helped spark the marches.
