  • Notes: Between his two administrations, Cleveland purchased a home in Bourne, Massachusetts, which would serve as his "Summer White House" during his second, non-consecutive term as President. The property is located on a point overlooking Buzzards Bay near the present-day Cape Cod Canal. The building was destroyed by fire in 1973.
