  • Notes: Features a list of the legislature's yeas and nays in the ratification vote, a detailed report of the final debate, the form of the legislation, and finally the order of procession for the celebratory parade.

    The second page features a small political cartoon titled "The Grand Federal Edifice," depicting Massachusetts as the sixth column put into place for the new government, with room for seven more. On the third page, the mention of a parade float of "The Ship Federal Constitution, on runners, drawn by 13 horses" is illustrated with a small cut of a ship.
