- Notes: Second issue of Daniel's map, with his name erased from the cartouche and replaced with "Pennsylvania" and Berry's name removed from the imprint. In addition, though not noted by Stevens and Tree, the licensing statement to the left of the imprint has also been removed. Stevens and Tree 19B; McCorkle 679.1 (the first issue).
