- Notes: This volume is packed with news of the American Revolution, but most noteworthy is the August 1776 issue, which prints on pages 361 and 362 the "Declaration by the Representatives of the United States of America." This August issue is complete, with one plate, and the Declaration leaf is clean with just a small marginal corner crease.
