First edition in parts, octavo, first issue with "Rigaud" for "Blandois" in part 15 and subsequent errata slip present in part 16, including all "Little Dorrit Advertiser" ads and slips as called for by Hatton and Cleaver except for in first and second parts, where the wrappers have been supplied; illustrated with forty engraved plates by Hablot K. Browne; in original publisher's blue-green pictorial wrappers printed in black; plates darkened and spotted mostly at margins with a few large dampstains affecting the plates of the latter parts, some light foxing throughout, spatter stain on page 104 of part 4; majority of wrappers with small repairs to spines and/or lacking head/tail caps, browning to spines and some wrapper edges, a few partially detached with splitting joints, stains affecting the wrappers of parts 8, 16 and 19/20; 8 3/4 x 5 5/8 in.
