Part 1 with no ads to front; Part 2 first ad with corner torn away; Part 3 with 2 pp. missing following plates and ads to back absent; Parts 4-6 complete; Part 7 with 1 page ad "Immense Saving in the Purchase of Tea" inserted at front, rest absent; Part 8 front ads absent, 2 pp. ad for "Heads of the People" present (not in Hatton & Cleaver); Part 9 lacking ads; Part 10 first 4 and all back ads absent; Part 11 with 5 ads at front largely excised; Part 12 no front ads and 4 pp. of ads missing from rear; Part 13 with 8 pp. of front and 2 pp. of back ads absent; Part 14 no ads in back and 2 pp. in front absent; Part 15 with 2 pp. front ads absent and missing two plates which are bound in previous part; Part 16 with 4 pp. of front ads absent and only "The Dublin Discussion" ad at back; Part 17 missing back and a few front ads; Part 18 absent 2 pp. front ads and with back wrapper and yellow ads differing from Hatton & Cleaver; Parts 19/20 with 1 p. front ad only, but portrait with publisher's imprint.
