    "The one oil (Russian Carnival) is a very important painting and belongs now to the permanent collection of the Guggenheim Museum."
    Russian Carnival, 1921--also called Circles on Black, Kreise auf Schwarz, Kreise im Schwarz, or Black Composition--was purchased by Dreier from the artist in 1926 and given to the Guggenheim upon her death.
