DWIGHT SHEPLER MT. MOOSILAUKE. Circa 1935

In 1920 the Summit Camp on top of Mt. Moosilauke in the White Mountains of New Hapshire was purchased by the Dartmouth Outing Club. In 1942 the building was destroyed by a storm. It was a single structure of 17 rooms which could accomodate 60 people. Here, a man and woman shaded in blue are looking out over green and blue mountains.
