Irregular dimensions, approximately 680x500 mm. not examined out of double-glazed frame. 16th century [with 19th(?)-century additions]
- Notes: Laughable fabrication, with some of the original text and music erased to make space for the ineptly painted initial and floral decoration extending down the left margin.
