Notes: This print was purchased from the Time-Life Gallery, in 1994. The edition of 250 was never fulfilled; only 37 prints were actually printed and signed.
Dache (1898-1989) was known for her flamboyant style, and modeled close-fitting brimmed cloche hats, snoods, caps and draped turbans. She also designed hats for movies, including stars Betty Grable and Marlene Dietrich.
