Partly-printed Document Signed, "Elizabeth R," pardoning Robert Arthur Hasell for violating the law regulating the parking of motor vehicles. "Robert Arthur Hasell . . . was convicted of being the driver of a motor vehicle which had been left after the excess charge had been incurred for longer than the time prescribed contrary to Article 10 of The Parking Places . . . Order, 1965 . . . and Section 42 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1967, and was ordered to pay a fine of four pounds . . . . We in consideration of some circumstances humbly represented unto Us, are Graciously pleased to extend Our Grace and Mercy unto . . . Hasell . . . . and to pardon and remit unto him the fine imposed upon him . . . ."
