Grant, Frederick Douglass, Martin Delaney, Hiram Revels et al.; schoolroom with black children; church scene with black parishioners; planta-tion scene; Civil War scene; etc. At top, 2 American flags with their stripes draped around center oval. Baltimore: Metcalf and Clark, 1870 E1,000/2,000 This print was simultaneously issued by New York and Baltimore publishers. Baltimore scene is less common of the two.
