Zincograph with hand coloring in watercolor on thin wove paper mounted on heavy wove paper, 1892. 330x220 mm; 13x7 7/8 inches, full margins. Signed, titled and annotated in pencil, lower margin on the mount sheet. A very good impression with significant hand coloring.

Bernard (1868-1941) met Gauguin and Van Gogh in Paris in 1886/1887, and he and Gauguin worked closely together in Port-Aven in 1888, the year before Gauguin relocated to Arles to begin painting with Van Gogh. Morane 34.
