Signed and dedicated ("à Monsieur Marthelot" ?) in pencil, lower center. Ex-collection Marthelot (?) (Lugt 884, verso); and unknown collector, ink stamp with the initials WJ verso (not in Lugt). A very good, richly-inked impression of this scarce, early state. Bourcard/Goodfriend 128.
