- Notes: "... Represents the first detailed information on the settlers in the vicinity of Quebec"--Kershaw I:277 (first state). The map also details the 1690 siege of Quebec by Phips. This copy is the second state of the map which originally appeared in 1694. The only difference in the states is the change of date in the cartouche. Kershaw I:277.
