- Notes: number 16 of only 30 copies signed by burford from a total edition of 300. Dearly Beloved was a hand-printed late short story by Fitzgerald found by Bruccoli in the papers at the Princeton University Library. It was first published in the Fitzgerald/Hemingway Annual 1969; this is the first separate edition.
