- Notes: "Snoopy" was the official NASA Manned Flight Awareness (MFA) mascot during the Apollo Program and still is for the Shuttle Program. The "Silver Snoopy Award" includes this flown pin and is presented by a member of the Astronaut Corps to an individual who has made a significant contribution to human space flight. With a Typed Letter Signed from Fred Haise.
