FLOWN CSM Updates. A single sheet 5.5x8 inches being the P30 (Computer Program 30) Maneuver card for the TEI-1 and -4 (TransEarth Injection) burns. Both sides are in a column and grid format to enable the crew to record critical data associated with these engines burns. NASA/MSC, July 1969

Notes: At approximately 74 hours into the flight, mission control read these TEI numbers to Buzz Aldrin. They were both contingency maneuvers in case of aborting the lunar landing and an early return to earth. The TEI-1 "pad" has 10 data entries and 5 comments recorded by Aldrin. These include the purpose - "TEI-1", prop(ulsion)/guid(ance) - "SPS/G&N", the actual time for the burn in hhh mm ss.ss - "078 02 03.45", with an ullage procedure using "2 jet(s) for "19 sec"onds.
The other side of the card has the TEI-4 "pad" with 10 data entries and 6 comments recorded by Aldrin. These include the purpose - "TEI-4", the actual time "084 29 50.59", in an "Undocked" configuration, and assumes "No LOI 2." Aldrin later lined through this "pad" to avoid confusion with the TEI burn that actually brought the crew home on schedule.
Signed and inscribed by Aldrin on the TEI-1 page with: "Carried to the Moon on Apollo XI, Buzz Aldrin."
