- Notes: Part of Astronaut's Weitz personal crew equipment launched aboard the SL-2 Saturn IB. Side one of the tape is inscribed with: "SKYLAB PW, Cassette 4 CM Pack, Mormon Tabernacle Choir." With side 2 inscribed with: "Skylab PW Cassette 4 CM Pack, Cont - Side 1, Royal Scots, 2001, Dr. Zhivago, Bobby Gentry. Inscribed and signed: "Flown on SL-2, Paul Weitz, PLT."
