FLOWN Skylab 3 Cue Card. An ENTRY crew card used in the SL-4 (Skylab 3) Command Module during re-entry into the Earth''s atmosphere. Steps for flight programs P62, P63, P64, P67 are listed. The opposite side has POWER LOSS - ENTRY steps to follow if such an emergency occurred and has three velcro hooks. Approximately 6x8 inches. (ECR) NASA, 10/19/1972

  • Notes: Included is a copy of the original 14 November 1992 Typed Letter Signed to Ronald Daugherty by Ed Gibson certifying that: "... with the enclosed materials: ... some queue cards that flew on Skylab." The P(rogram) 62 steps include the CM/SM Sep(aration) steps and the P67 steps done at descending altitudes such as 50K PYRO ARM and 24K RCS CMD - OFF." The POWER LOSS side lists steps to reconfigure the CM main battery buses and navigation equipment if such an event occurred during flight.
