Each astronaut (carr, gibson, and pogue) is listed as a column title with 4 rows defined as Meal A, B, C, or Snacks. The reverse has the same format but defined as Menu 2 instead of 1. With 2 velcro hooks on each side. Approximately 7x9 inches. (ECR) NASA/JSC, 11/22/1972
- Notes: Included is a copy of the original 14 November 1992 Typed Letter Signed to Ronald Daugherty by Ed Gibson certifying that: ". . . with the enclosed materials: . . . some queue cards that flew on Skylab. Meal selections included spaghetti, chili, prime rib, shrimp, salmon, and veal."
