- Notes: A certificate near the center reads in part: "This United States flag and crew patch were flown aboard the Space Shuttle ''Discovery'', STS-63, February 3-11, 1995, during the initial rendezvous mission with the Russian Mir space station. Presented to The Honorable Helen Chenoweth, United States House of Representatives." The certificate is signed by Wetherbee, Collins, Harris, Foale, Voss, and Titov.
